Below are all the most Frequently Asked Questions that I receive, if you have a question for me please message me via the form below, you will not be the first one to ask.

I am mobile so I train my clients where they feel most comfortable. Their home, garage, office or garden.

Prices vary depending on whether you want 1-1 or 2-1 or a talk about nutrition. Visit my services page to find pricing details.

I offer single bookings for those who don’t want any strings attached but want a great workout. If you like training with me then I offer block bookings, 5 sessions for the price of 4 sessions or 10 for the price of 8.

Of course! I’m here at your convenience. We agree on a time that works best for you, even if that’s as early as 6am.

First we will have a FREE, no obligation consultation then we book your first session from there or I can leave you to get back to me. For the actual session, I will arrive 15 minutes early to allow me time to set up. Then we will have a 1 hour session, which includes warm up and cool down. Then I need about another 15 minutes to pack away any kit used during the session and to answer any questions you may have. The session itself is 1 hour but plan for me to be there 1 hour 30 mins max.

Yes, I’m there with you every step of the way during training sessions. Ill need to keep an eye on your form and performance during sessions so that I can coach you and motivate you along the way.

No, not unless you want me to. Everyone works and is motivated in different ways. I will adapt to my clients needs and preferences.

No, I bring the kit to you but if you have any of your own equipment that you’d like to use then I can incorporate that into your workout too.

I have a variety of kit such as: dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle rope, speed ropes, boxing gloves & pads, barbells & plates, suspension trainers, resistant bands and more.

If you are goal specific or just want 100% focus on you, the I would suggest 1-1 sessions.
If you have never had a PT session before, are shy, not confident, want to save a bit of money or prefer to workout with a friend, then id suggest the 2-1 session. Only £20 each.
If you don’t have a great understanding of nutrition then I offer a “back to basic” 1 hour chat about nutrition where we’ll cover a variety of different topics.

Of course, its first come – first served with bookings so if you’d like a morning session with me and a afternoon session with me then lets go for it! Although, if you are new to fitness I will advise against this as your body will need sufficient time to rest and recover. This is probably more suited for those who are training for events or have a year or more exercise experience.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 24 hour mark, you will receive your refund for the session. If you cancel within 24 hours of our agreed time slot, I will retain the full amount. This is so I have adequate time to fill that time slot.

But don’t despair, if you would like to cancel within the 24 hour time mark, I offer the chance to rearrange your session rather than cancel. This way you don’t miss out on your session and you don’t lose your money.

I work part time at a gym where I run several classes every week and I have my own clients there too. I have learnt a great deal from working at this gym, the boss is a great mentor and answers any questions I throw at him. A great place to work and to gain experience.

No, you don’t. If you wish to then I can guide you on how to do this and I will always suggest healthy food alternatives. At the end of the day, I am here to help you lead a healthier and happier lifestyle, but it needs to be sustainable and more importantly, ENJOYABLE!
