"Sam came to visit me at home to discuss a personalised health plan, I was unsure about a home visit at first due to fear of feeling self conscious but I was wrong, it turned out unbelievebly convinient for me and suited me perfectly as she was friendly, polite, wore correct PPE (masked) assured me of her full vaccinations and showed me a negative lateral flow test she took before arriving. I was completely at ease, Sammy even took the time to appropriately accommodate my toddler running around our feet. She was patient and took the time to explain the reasoning behind everything I didn't fully understand. It's very obvious she is intelligent and knowledeabble and honest. Her genuine, bubbly personality and positive attitude towards helping me make a samll and steady changes to my lifestyle to benefit me alone is refreshing. Thanks so much Sammy."

"Back to training and need a huge kick in the right direction. Sam reached out to me and we met for my 1st PT session. She's devised a little plan to assess my fitness for the first few sessions but already can feel the difference, not necessarily the sore muscles but being pushed and motivating me to keep going, this is what I needed or I'd get to the pain limit and stop. Looking forward to the next one."
