If you are looking for Personal Training then please note that I offer a FREE, no obligation consultation.

A 30-60 min consultation will be arranged prior to any PT session and this is where we figure out if this is the right thing for you! It also gives us change to get to know each other a little bit to because at the end of the day, you’ll be inviting me into your home, so you want someone who’s going to make you feel comfortable.

During your consultation we will discuss what you want to achieve, what to expect from me, what I expect from you, what your likes and dislikes are, what your current diet is like, any health problems/medication/injuries I should know about. I will also take their measurements, weight, and some photos of their current body physique if they wish.

From here we can book your first session there and then or I can leave you to get in touch with me at a later date if you wish.

Private Training

What we'll be doing at training session

This is a private session with me. You can book these session as and when you want them, no strings attached. These sessions are 1-hour PT session designed to suit your needs and fitness level, includes warm up and cool down.

Group Training

What we'll be doing at training session

You a friend get to work out together. Great for those who don’t want to workout alone. You can book these session as and when you want them, no strings attached. These sessions are 1-hour PT session designed to suit your needs and fitness level, includes warm up and cool down.

Nutrition Talk

What we'll be doing at training session

60 minute talk about the basics of nutrition and how is directly effects you. I will cover a range of topics to help raise your awareness and methods to help you implement them easily into your life.

£30 / session

SLB Fitness DOES NOT create or hand out personalised meal plans.

As a Personal Trainer, I am only permitted to give advice on nutrition, suggest healthy alternatives and meal/snack ideas.

Each persons body and nutritional requirements are different, no one person is the same.

It is nice to be able to help and advise people to the best of my knowledge but we must be careful with what we share.
