Services That Are
Right For You

'Your Health Is An Investment, Not An Expense'

Personal Training Options

Here is the fun part! Picking a service that is right for you!

If you are looking for Personal Training then please note that I offer a FREE, no obligation consultation.

A 30-60 min consultation will be arranged prior to any PT session and this is where we figure out if this is the right thing for you! It also gives us chance too get to know each other a little bit to because at the end of the day, you’ll be inviting me into your home, so you want someone who’s going to make you feel comfortable.

During your consultation we will discuss what you want to achieve, what to expect from me, what I expect from you, what your likes and dislikes are, what your current diet is like, any health problems/medication/injuries I should know about. I will also take your measurements, weight and photos of their current body physique if you wish.

From here we can book your first session there and then or I can leave you to get in touch with me at a later date if you wish.

Each persons body and nutritional requirements are different, no one person is the same.

It is nice to be able to help and advise people to the best of my knowledge but we must be careful with what we share.
